I am installing two PTAC units in a dormer. They will be in the gable walls. How do I go about installing the lintels in the new openings. The openings will be approx 42" wide and 16" tall. The exsisting brick veneer is in good condition. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should rent a concrete cutting saw, cut the disiared hole. At the top 2 corners cut a horizontal slot on each side. Some demolition will have to done inside to get them in. Cut & slide into place. Its not an easy job, and each job will be different.
